The Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (FACCGH) aims to promote entrepreneurship and to bridge local as well as international business opportunities.

VISION

The Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (FACCGH) is committed to reach out and connect with businesses, both local and international, for the continued growth and prosperity of all stakeholders; to support collaborative efforts with other Chambers of  Commerce (both local and international); to provide business opportunities to all its members and the community; to build and strengthen business relationships; and to serve as the voice for Filipino American businesses.

THE NEW FACCGH OFFICERS

(January 11, 2020). 

The new officers of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater Houston (FACCGH) were installed during our “Back to the ‘80s” event  at the Grand (Omni ) Ballroom of the Hilton - West Chase, Houston. The event also marked the 2nd year anniversary of FACCGH.

US Representative Al Green of the 9th Congressional District of Texas led the FACCGH Oath-taking ceremony. Representatives from the international business community, the Sister Cities of Houston and the Mayor’s Office were in attendance

Entrepreneur

of the Year

Entrepreneur of the Year was awarded to Ms. Risty Delumpa-Durbin. Risty has established several business ventures here and in the Philippines..  The selection process was based on the Assessment criterias such as  :

 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Financial performance

  • Strategic direction

  • National or global impact

  • Innovation

  • Personal integrity and influence

Special Leadership

Award

Mr. Loloy Reyes received two leadership awards, one was a  US Congressional Recognition for his Outstanding Leadership, Dedicated Service and Strong Community Involvement. Mr. Reyes is the Founder and President Emeritus of FACCGH and the current Chairman of its Advisory Committee. He is also the Vice President on Global Outreach and International Affairs of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC).

BACK TO THE 80'S  PARTY

We just went back to the days of metal bands and big hair.  The music was  surely loud and  great, as we celebrated one of the great decades.
